A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND
EASEMENTS. (Abandonment No. ABA2003-000?8)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby
declare its intention to vacate the following public streets, highways and service easements
pursuant to the Public Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (part 3 of Division
9 of the Streets and Highways Code); to wit,
Those certain portions of the northerly 14 feet of a 70 foot-wide
public utility easement located at 711 East La Palma Avenue as set
forth in a Grant of Non-Exclusive Easement recorded July 18,
1995 as Instrument No. 95-0304242.
as said property is shown on a map or plan on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in the proposed
vacation will be heard at a hearing to be held at 5:30 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the
matter may be heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic Center located at
200 South Anaheim Boulevard, Anaheim, California 92805, on:
