A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TEiLMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH ~CLASSIFICATION NO. 58-59-99.
WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on July 14, 1959, the City
Council did adopt Resolution No. 5349 in Reclassification Pro-
ceedings No. 58-59-99 approving the reclassification of the
property therein described, and directing that it be changed from
R-A, RESIDENTIAL-AGRICULTU~ ZONE to R-3, MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESI-
DENTIAL ZONE and C-l, NEIGHBORHOOD-COMMERCIAL ZONE, as more
particularly set forth in said resolution, subject to certain
conditions therein set forth; and
~'~ ~ the City Council finds that all of the

conditions specified in said resolution have not been complied
with by the applicant, and the City Planning Commission has
recommended to the City Council that said reclassification
proceedings be terminated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that said reclassi-
fication proceedings should be terminated., as recommended by the
City Planning Commission in its Resolution No. 1153, Series
1963-64.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT i~SOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with Re-
classification No. 58-59-99 be, and the same are hereby termi-
nated., and that Resolution No. 5349 be, and the same is hereby
declmred to be null and void from and after this date.
THE'. FORGOING ~SOLUTION is approved and signed by me
