98-150RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING A SPECIAL PERMIT TO MOVE ONE (1) RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE FROM 411 N. ANAHEIM BOULEVARD TO AGENCY-OWNED LAND AT 106 N. ROSE STREET IN REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT ALPHA IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM. WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency intends to relocate and restore the residential structure currently located at 411 N. Anaheim Boulevard (the "Structure"); and WHEREAS, the Structure is currently deteriorated and damaged with substandard mechanical equipment; and WHEREAS, a written application (the "Application") has been filed with the City of Anaheim for a Special Permit to move the Structure from 411 N. Anaheim Boulevard to 106 N. Rose Street, Anaheim, California; and WHEREAS, the Application having been set for public hearing on the 14th day of July 1998, at the hour of 6:00 o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for such public hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing w~thin a radius of three hundred (300) feet from the property upon which it is proposed to move the Structure at least (10) days prior to the date fixed for the hearing, as the names of such owners appeared upon the last available tax assessment roll; and, WHEREAS, the matter having come on regularly for hearing upon such date and such hearing having been duly held and to be heard and the City Council having duly considered the Application for a Special Permit, together with all evidence and reports submitted in connection therewith, does find that such permit should be granted for the following reasons: 1. That the Structure proposed to be moved is comparable in value, size, quality, design and appearance, to the historic homes located to the west of the location to which the house is to be moved; and 2. That the Structure will not be detrimental to nor diminish the value of property in the area; and 3. That the Structure will conform to the provisions of Title 18 for the Anaheim Municipal Code applicable to the property upon which they will be located. 4. That the relocation and restoration of the Structure has been determined not
