A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS
IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NO. 118.
WHEREAS~ the City Council of the City of Anaheim did
heretofore~ to wit~ on June 13, 1961= adopt Resolution No. 6982
granting Conditional Use Permit No. 118 permitting the operation
of a trailer park on the property described in said resolution;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said property
was not developed for the operation of a trailer park under
Conditional Use Permit No. 118, and that at some later date
the property was sold and W. N. J. Investment Company, the
purchaser, filed a petition with the City for reclassification
of said property to R-3~ Multiple-Family Residential Zone, and
submitted a tract map covering subject property to the City
Council for approval; and
~EREAS~ the City Council further finds that the final
tract map covering subject property~ Tract No. 4081, has been
recorded in the Office of the Orange County Recorder and that
said property has been reclassified to R-3~ Multiple-Family
Residential Zone, under Reclassification Proceedings No. 62-~63-107~
and is now being developed for multiple family residential use.
NOW, THEREFOP~, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with
Conditional Use Permit No. 118 be, and the same are hereby
terminated~ and that Resolution No. 6982 be, and the same is
hereby declared to be null and void from and after this date.
