A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYI.~G TO THE CITY OF ANAHEi'M CERTAIN REAL
FROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
~EREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit' An easement for road and
d0ublic utility p~.rposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have_~ offered
to sell and convey the same t--~ the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of VIRGINIA CLARINE WALTON,
a widow, MARTHA WALTON, a widow, KITTIE WALTON LAHEY~ an un-
.married woman, and WALLACE W''~ wALToN and KATHERINE B, WALTON,

to sell to the City of A~heim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public U...tility... p_urposes '

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the following described parcel of
land:
The Easterly 53.00 feet of the Northeast quarter of
the Southeast quarter of Section 23, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa
Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California, lying South of the Southeasterly line of
the Southern Pacific Company (Tustin Branch) right
of way, recorded June 27, 1889 in Book 570, page 288
of Deeds, in the office of the County Recorder of
Los Angeles County, California.

be and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of' Amaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, a~d he is hereby, authorized to payto the
owr~er or owners of ~aid real property, out of ~eneral Funds of
