A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES. .....
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utilit_,y purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
A~aheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ..... ~JOHN D. LIGHT and ETHEL
LA VONNE LIGHT ~_ husband and wife,.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
.public utility purposes
_, and more particularly described as follows'
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Easterly 32 feet of the
Northerly 115 feet of the Southerly 230 feet of the
Easterly 200 feet of Lot Six (6) of the Kellog Home-
stead Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 8,
page 51 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
For the purpose of this description, the Easterly line
of said Lot 6 is assumed to be the center line of Nut-
wood Avenue.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted .by the. City Council of the
City of Anaheim, &nd that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, a~d he i~ hereby, authorized to payto the
owner, or owners of ~aid real property, out of General Funds of
~he City of Anaheim, th~ sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
