A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A ROAD EASEMENT

CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC ROAD AND
HIGHWAY PURPOSES.
*~EREA$, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for public road
and highway purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has
to sell and convey the same--~ the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW~ THEREFORE.~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described r~'al
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for public
road and highway p. urppses
, and more '~articularly described as follows'
PARCEL 1:
The Westerly 60.00 feet of the Southerly 175.00 feet of
Lot 20, Tract No. 190, as per map recorded in Book 23,
page 50, of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the
County Recorder of said County.
PARCEL 2:
The Easterly 60.00 feet of the Southerly 175.00 feet of
that portion of said Lot 20 lying Westerly of a line
that is parallel with and 1008.00 feet Westerly, measured
at right angles, from the Easterly line of Section 22,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. and M.
SUBJECT TO that certain unrecorded license, for agri-
cultural purposes, dated March 1, 1960, as granted by
Southern California Edison Company to 3. Duarte.
Covenants~ conditions, restrictions~ reservations, rights
and easements affecting the above described real property,
whether of record or not~ including but not limited to
those referred to in said Road. Easement.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to payto the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
