RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING
CERTAIN OF ITS NtEN~ERS TO F ILF. A WRITTEN
ARGUMENT FOR A CITY N[EASURE.
WHEREAS, a special general municipal
election is to be held in the City of Anaheim on June 2,
1964, at which there will be submitted to the qualified
electors of said City the following city measure:

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DE-
TERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. That this City Council~ being
the legislative body of the City of Anaheim, hereby
authorizes
Jack C. Dutton
Odra L. Chandler
A. J. Schutte
Fred T. Krein
Rector L. Coons
members of said body, to file a written argument for the city
measure set forth in the recitals hereof in accordance with
Article 4, Chapter 3, Division 4 of the Elections Code of the
State of California and to change said argument until and
including the date fixed by the City Clerk after which no
arguments for or against said city measure may be submitted
to her.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 7th
day of April 1964
