An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across a triangular shaped parcel of land
lying within Lot Fifteen (15) of Golden State Tract
No. 2, as per Map recorded in Book 4, page 68 of Mis-
cellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot Fifteen (15)
of said Golden State Tract No. 2; thence Northerly along
the Easterly line of said Lot Fifteen (15) a distance
of 70.00 feet; thence Southwesterly in a direct line to
a point in the Southerly line of said Lot Fifteen (15),
said point being 70.00 feet West of the point of begin-
ning; thence Easterly along said Southerly line 70.00
feet to the point of beginning.
The East line of said parcel being the center line of
State College Boulevard and the South line being the
