A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
O~~ ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYI~'G TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY' FOR AN EASEMENT FOR A WATER LINE.
'WWEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for ~_~nicipal purposes, to wit~ An easement for a water line
amd
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has
to sell rand convey the same to the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Ar~aheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of BELMONT SAVINGS AND LOAN
~SSOC IATION~..a.. corpora~tion,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for a water
, and more particularly described as fo-~ws*
An easement for the installation and maintenance of an
8-inch water line over, under and across a strip of land 10.00
feet in width, the centerline of said strip being described
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Northerly boundary line of
Tract No. 5332, as recorded in Book 192, pages 36 to 38,
inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California, said point being South 73° 42~ 10"
West 129.02 feet from the Northeast corner of said Tract
No. 5332; said Northeast corner being also the Northeast
corner of Lot 21 of said Tract No. 5332; thence North
23° 31' 07" West 40.73 feet; thence North 18° 18' 57"
West 702.52 feet; thence South 69° 58' 47" West 17.11
feet; thence North 20° 01' 13" West 117.50 feet, more or
less, to the intersection with the Southerly line of
that certain easement conveyed to the City of Anaheim
by deed recorded April 2, 1963 in Book 6491, page 886
of Official Records of Orange County, California.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Amahe£m accept a convey-
ance of said property.
