A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEED-
INGS IN CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 1259.,
AND CERTAIN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS
AS MORE P~J.tTIC~Y HEREINAFTER SET FORTH.
~CHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did on
March 12, 1964, adopt Resolutions Nos. 1084, 1085, 1086
and 1087--Series 19613-64 recommending to the City Council
the termination of certain petitions for zoning reclassifi-
cations and Variance No. 1259 in accordance with Sections
18.72.020 and 18.68.040, respectively, of the Anaheim
Municipal Code, after having reviewed said petitions and
the proceedings in connection therewith, said reclassifi-
cations and variance being more particularly described as:

VARIANCE No. 1259
AND WHEREAS, the City Council does find, after
careful consideration of the recon~nendations of the City
Planning Commission and after reviewing the proceedings in
connection with said reclassifications and variance, that
the conditions upon which said reclassifications and variance
were granted, as set forth in the respective resolutions
granting the same, were not complied with within the time
limit specified, nor within a reasonable time thereafter,
and that all of said petitions and proceedings should be
terminated as recommended by the City Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection
~:~ith Reclassifications Nos. 56-57-63, 56-57-89, 57-58-61,
58-59-14, 58-59-87 and 'Variance Nos. 1259 be, and the same
are hereby terminated.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
