A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 64R-45
GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 503.
WHE~EAS, the City Council did~heretofore, to wit,
on January 28, 1964, adopt Resolution No. 64R-45~granting
Conditional Use Permit No. 503 allowing the construction of
a one-story, multiple-family, planned residential development,
and permitting a waiver of the building separation and front
yard requirements on the property described therein, subject
to certain conditions set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that through inad-
vertence or oversight the real property~on which said
Conditional Use Permit was granted was erroneously described
in said resolution, and that Resolution No. 64R-45 should,
therefore, be amended by correcting the description of the
real property. .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No~, 64R-45 granting
Conditional Use Permit No. 503, be, and the same is hereby
amended by correcting the description of the real property
set forth therein to read as follows:
The North 425 feet of the West half of the
Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of
Section 12, in Township 4 South, Range 11
West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on
a map thereof recorded in book 51, page 7,
et seq., Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County;
EXCEPTING the West 310 feet.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 64R-45 be, and remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 24th day of March, 1964.
