A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYI~G TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
'WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit'~ An easement for road and

WHEREAS, the ownerS of said property have
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
A~:aheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of MOSABURO NAi~ and
HARU NAKAMURA, husband and wife,~
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public uti_lit¥ purposes
, and more particularly described as ~01i'ows'
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across that portion of the South five acres of the East half of
the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 12,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Southeast quarter of
said Section 12, for the purpose of this description said South-
east corner being the center line intersection of Magnolia Avenue
with the center line of Lincoln Avenue, as said intersection is
shown on a Record of Survey Map filed June 5, 1957 in Book 37,
page 24 of Record of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder
of Orange County, California; thence Northerly along the center
line of said Magnolia Avenue to an intersection with a line
parallel with and 165.00 feet Northerly, as measured at right
angles from the center line of said Lincoln Avenue; thence
Westerly along said parallel line to an intersection with a line
parallel with and 53.00 feet Westerly, as measured at right
angles from the center line of said Magnolia Avenue; thence
Southerly along the last mentioned parallel line to a point,
said point being distant Northerly 64.88 feet from the center
line of said Lincoln Avenue, said point also being the beginning
of a tangent curve concave Northwesterly and having a radius of
25 feet; thence Southerly and Westerly along said curve through
a central angle of 89° 54' 30" an arc distance of 39.23 feet to
an intersection with a line parallel with and 40.00 feet Northerly
as measured at right angles from the center line of said Lincoln
Avenue; thence Southerly parallel with the center line of said
Magnolia Avenue to the center line of said Lincoln Avenue; thence
Easterly along the center line of said Lincoln Avenue to the
point of beginning.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of' Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim ba, a~d' he is hereby, authorized to payto the
owner or owners of said real property, out of-General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
