A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYIMG TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WMEREA$, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit' An easement for road and
~ublic utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have
to sell mhd convey the same to the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of S. A, MELUGIN and
JESSIE P. MELUGIN; hus~b_and an~d wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility pu?poses
_, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across tl~at portion of Lot 3 of Tract No. 71, as shown on
a. Map recorded in Book 10, page 22 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California, described, as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 3, for the purpose
of this description said Southwest corner is assumed to be the
centerline intersection of State College Boulevard (formerly
known as Placentia Avenue) w~ th the centerline of Orangewood
Avenue; thence Easterly along the South line of said Lot 3,
also being the centerline ~of Oran~ewood Avenue, a distance of
1,304.60 feet; thence North 0° 08~ 00" West to the intersection
with a line parallel with and 45.00 feet Northerly (as measured
at right angles from the South line o~ said Lot 3); thence
Westerly along the last mentioned parallel line a distance of
1,226.66 feet to the beg~.nning of a tangent curve concave North-
e~.sterly and having a radius of 25.00 feet; thence Westerly and
Northerly along said nangent curve through a central angle of
89° 52' 00" an arc distance of 39.21 feet to the intersection
with a line tangent to said curve distant 53.00 feet Easterly
as measured at right angles from the West line of said Lot 3,
said West line also being the centerline of said State College
Boulevard; thence Northerly along the last mentioned tangent
line to an intersection with the North line of the South 195.00
feet of said Lot 3; t~hence Westerly along the North line of the
South 195.00 feet of said Lon 3 to the West line of said Lot 3;

of beginning.
