A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYIMG TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR WATER LINE PUR-
POSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real p~roperty
for municipal purposes, to wit' An easement for water line
purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner___ of said property has
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that· it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of CELESTIAL HOMES, INC,.,
a corporation~ L_ .
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for water line
up~oses
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for the installation and maintenance
of an eight-inch water line over, under and across
those portions of Tract 5230, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 192, pages 13 and 14 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of said Orange County,
described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: The Northerly 5.00 feet of Lots 7, 11
and 24 of said Tract 5230.
PARCEL TWO: The Northerly 8.00 feet of Lot 35 of
said Tract 5230.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the. City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
anco of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, Out of ~-General ~unds of
the City of Anaheim, the' sum of One Dollar ($1.00). '.,
