64-097RESOLUTION NO. 64k-97 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIR: FINDING AND DETERF:INING THAT A CHANGE OF ZONE SHOULD NOT BE GRANTED IN A CERTAIN AREA OF THE CITY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED. WHEREA$, the City Planning Commission ef the City of Anaheim has heretofore duly passed and adopted a resolution recommending denial of a change in the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having fixed a time and place for the holding of a public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, and after having duly held and conducted such public hearing to consider said proposed change of zone or zones, and after having received evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and WHEREAS, within a period of forty (40) days following the hearth9 thereon, the Plannin9 Commission did duly announce by formal resolution its findings of facts and declare its opinions and reasons for recommendtn9 denial of said proposed change in the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described; and WHEREAS, upon receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission, the City Council did thereupon fix the %lth. day of Feb:_-uaz'y , 19 64 , as the time and the Council Chamber in the City Hall of the City of-Anaheim as the place for a public hear- tn9 upon said proposed change of zone or zones and did 9ire notice there- of in the manner and as provided in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Muni- cipal Code; and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public hearing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such public hearing and did 9ire all persons interested therein an opportunity to be heard an.d dtd~ receive evidence and reports and did thereupon consider the recommencta- ttons of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that the property and area proposed to be changed from the zone or zones in which it is now situated to a different zone, as hereinafter set forth, is more suitable for the zone or zones in which it is now incorporated and that a change of zone should not be 9ranted; NOW., THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that all of the property and area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: PAi~C F.L t' ._~' ii and 12 of the Anaheim Homestead Tract in Lots ] u,, ~-he C~_~cy of Anaheim, ~oun'cy oz O~ange: ~tate of California, as sazu lots are shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 26, page !0~ ~iiscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California; excepting from ' ~ ~] and i2 that portion lying Southerly sai~ Lots I0~ _~ .. of a iine which is ~)ara!le! with and distant 141 feet Noz'therly measuz-ed at right ~..~ .... s z~om the center line of Wes~mona D~-~ive, 6C ~eet in width.
