A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
FROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBL I C UT I L ITY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit' An easement for public utility
purposes ;
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has____ offered
to sell and convey the same t---~ the City; and

WHEREAS, the C~ty Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit~and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE iT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of CHRYSLER MOTORS
CORPORATION..a. De laware_corporation, ............
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for public
u..ti 1 i~ty purposes

An easement for .public utility purposes over, under and across
the Southerly 5.00 feet and the' Easterly 5.00 feet of the
Northerly 70.00 feet of that portion of Lot 25 of Anaheim
Extension, as shown on.a Map of Survey by William Hsmel, a
copy of which is sho~n in Book 3, pages 162 to 16~, inclusive,
of Los Angeles County Maps, in the office of the County Re-
corder of Orange County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 25, said
corner being also the intersection of the center line of Los
Angeles Street with the South line of Section 15, Township
South, Range 10 West, as shown on said Map of Anaheim Ex-
tension; thence along the Westerly line of said Lot 25
(center line of Los Angeles Street) North 15° 30t 00" West
g17.85 feet to the Southerly line of the land conveyed to
Herman Henry Bruns and Edna Emma Bruns, by deed recorded
November 18, 1935 in Book 792, page 12 of Official Records;
thence along said Southerly line North ?l~° 30t 00" East
512.b.3 feet; thence South 0° 03t 00" East 539.27 feet to the
Southerly line of said Section 15; thence South 89° 5?t 00"
West to the point of beginning.
