A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A ORANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and

and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same~ the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of _THEODORE L.,, .BARAGLIA and
0LQRIA BARA~LIA~ husband and wife, as tenants in common,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
__, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under, a long and acro ss the Easterly l~5.00 feet (as
measured at right angles from the center line of Miller
Street) of the Easterly ~20.O0 feet of that portion of
Lot 2 in Block K of the Kraemer Tract as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and 88 of Miscellaneous
Records of Los Angeles County, Californta~ described
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Westerly line of said lot,
~0 rods Southeasterly from the Northwesterly corr~r of
said lot; thence Northeasterly parallel with the North-
erly line of said lot, kO rods; thence Southeasterly,
parallel with the Westerly line of said lot, a distance
of 10 rods; thence Southwesterly parallel with the
Northerly line of said lot, a distance of ~0 rods to
the Westerly line of said Lot 2; thence Northwesterly
along said Westerly line of said lot, a distance of
10 rods to the point of beginning.
