OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT ~
CONVEYING TO THE CITY oF ANAHEIM CERTAIN' REAL
PROPERTY FOR EASEMENTS FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: Easements for P. oad and public

WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha...s
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

PARCEL ONE: An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that parcel of land betng:-.a portion of the Northeast
quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section
13, Township ~ South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juaf~ CaOon de
Santa Aha, as said Section is shown on a Map recorded in Book 51,
page ? of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the center line intersection of Sunkist Street with the
center line of South Street; thence Westerly along the center line
of South Street, a distance of ~62 feet, more or less, to an inter-
section with the East line of the West 198 feet of the Northeast
quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of said
Section 13; thence Southerly along said East line to an intersection
with a line parallel with and )4~.00 feet Southerly~ as measured at
right angles from the center line of said South StreetI thence
Easterly along the last mentioned parallel llne a distance of 392.56
feet, more or less, to the beginning of a tangent curve concave
Southwesterly and having a radius of 2~.00 feet; thence Easterly
