A RESOLUTI~ OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIR FINDING AND DETERF:ININO THAT A
CHANGE OF ZONE SHOULD NOT BE GRANTED IN A
CERTAIN AREA OF THE CITY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission cf the City of Anaheim
has heretofore duly passed and ~dopted ~ resolution recommend, in9 denial
of a change in the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned
and described, after having fixed a time and place for the holdtn~ of a
public heartn9 thereon in the manner and as prescribed in Title 1~ of
the Anaheim Municipal Code, and after havin9 duly held and conducted
such public heartn9 to consider said proposed change of zone or zones,
and after havtn9 received evidence and reports from persons interested
there in; and
WHEREAS, within a period of forty (40) days following the
hearth9 thereon, the Plannin9 Commission did duly announce by formal
resolution its findings of facts and declare its opinions and reasons
for recommending den tal of sa id proposed change in the boundaries of
the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described; ~nd
WHEREAS, upon receipt of the report and recommendation of the
City Planning Commission, the City Council did thereupon fix the _Tth _
day of Janu~¥ ....... , 19 6.~k__, as the time and the Council Chamber -
in the City Hall' o'£ the City of Anaheim as the place for a public hear-
ing upon said proposed change of zone or zones and did give notice there-
of in the manner and as provided in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Muni'-
ctpal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public hearing,
the City Council did duly hold and conduct such public hearing an.d d}d
9ire all persons interested therein an opportu.ntty to be heard and- d'i~
receive evidence and reports and did thereupon consider the recommen(i'-a-
ttons of the C!ty Planning Commlsston; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that the
property and area proposed to be changed from the zone or zones in
which it is now situated to a different zone, as hereinafter set forth,
is more suitable for the zone or zones in which it is now incorporate~
and that a change of zone should not be 9ranted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by th~ City Counctl of the
City of Anaheim that all of the property and area sttuated tn the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described a~ follows:
Lot No. 2k7 of Tract No. 2299, a~ ~hown on a map
recorded in Book 70, Pages ~ to l%9, both inclusive., of
Miscellaneous Me:ps, Records of Orange County, Califor-
nia.
