A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO V ACA TE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND
EASEMENTS. (Abandonment No. ABA2004-00088)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby
declare Its intention to vacate the following public streets, highways and service easements
pursuant to the Public Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (part 3 of Division
9 of the Streets and Highways Code); to wit,
Those certain portions of a water pipeline easement as set forth in a
conveyance by Indenture recorded on April 6, 1944 in Book 124 I,
Page 43 !, Ot1ìcial Records of Orange County, lying within the
property known as 530 South Old Ranch Road. Anaheim,
California,
as said property is shown on a map or plan on file in the Ot1ìce of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in the proposed
vacation wìlJ be heard at a hearing to be held at 5:30 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the
matter may be heard, in the Chambers of the City Counci] located in the Civic Center located at
200 South /\naheim Boulevard, Anaheim, California 92805, on:

Walnut Canyon Mutual Water Company, recorded April 6, 1944 in Book
1241, Pages 431 through 434 inclusive, Official Records of Orange County,
California, lying within the boundaries of the below described parcel of land;
said below described parcel of land is also known presently as Assessor's
Parcel Number 356-171-16:
That portion of Parcel(s) 1, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, as per plat recorded in Book 18 of Parcel Maps, Page(s) 36, in
the Office of the County Recorder of said County, being the parcel of land
described and shown as Parcel 2, in the City of Anaheim Lot Line Adjustment
