RESOLUTION NO. 2004- 91
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2000R-122 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR JOB CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS EXECUTIVE
MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated May 25,2004, that Resolution No. 2000R-122 be amended in the manner
hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that amending
Resolution No. 2000R-122 is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 2000R-
122, which established rates of compensation for job classifications designated as
Executive Management.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that, Section 2 of Resolution 2000R-122, be amended to read as follows:
1. That Section 2 of Resolution 2000R-122 be amended to reflect new rates of
compensation for Executive Management job classes as stated below:
"Section 2.
Classifications listed in Section 1 of this Resolution shall be allocated to salary
ranges providing annual compensation according to the structure listed below:
Effective June 17, 2005:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment to
Resolution No. 2000R-122 shall be the date of adoption by City Council.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution
No. 2000R-122 shall remain in full force and effect.
