RECESS: On motion by' Councilwoman Kaywood, seconded b~y Councilman Thom, the City
Council recessed to the Management Control Center for Executive Session to
consider personnel matters. Councilmen Pebley and Sneegas absent. HOTION
CARRIED. (4: 05 P.M. )
AFTE~ RECESS: Mayor Thom called the meeting to order, all Hembers of the City
Council being present with the exception of Councilmen Pebley and Sneegas
(5:39 P.M.) '
