A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND
EASEMENTS. (Abandonment No. ABA2004-00089)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its
intention to vacate the following public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets
and Highways Code); to wit,
That certain Easement situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California described as a portion of that certain
eight foot (8') wide public utility easement described in Tract No.
9752 as shown on the map of said tract filed in Book 418, Pages 34
through 38, inclusive, Records of said Orange County, lying within
the boundaries of Lot 42 of said Tract No. 9752, as said property
is shown on a map or plan on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in the proposed vacation will
be heard at a hearing to be held at 5:30 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be
heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic Center located at 200 South
Anaheim Boulevard, Anaheim, California 92805, on: July ~ ~ ~.~,,,.
