A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND
EASEMENTS. (Abandonment No. ABA 00-lA)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its
intention to vacate the following public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets
and Highways Code); to wit,
A portion of that certain ten foot (10') public utility easemem
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California traversing diagonally within the boundaries of Lots 5
and 7 of Tarct No. 3091, as shown on a map recorded in Book 92,
pages 48-49, inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said
Orange County, generally located at 935 South Gilbert Street,
Anaheim, California. Said property is shown on a map or plan on
file in the Office of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in the proposed vacation will
be heard at a hearing to be held at 5:30 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be
heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic Center located at 200 South
Anaheim Boulevard, Anaheim, California 92805, on: July 13, 2004
