A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2000-123 WHICH ESTABLISHED
RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR JOB CLASSIFICATIONS
DESIGNATED AS ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated June 15, 2004, that Resolution No. 2000R-123 be amended in the manner set forth,
effective June 18, 2004; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 2000R-
123 which established rates of compensation for job classifications designated as Administrative
Management.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R-123 be amended as follows:
1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R-123 be amended by adding the following
classifications and allocating them to the salary range as shown:

Housing Services Manager
Planning Services Manager
Real Estate Services Manager

2. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R-123 be amend by deleting the following
classifications:

That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R-123 be amended by changing the salary
range for the following classification:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment to
Resolution No. 2000R-123 is June 18, 2004.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution
No. 2000R-123 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 15th day of June ,2004, by the following role call vote:
