A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING AND
AMENDING FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR
CERTAIN SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE
ANAHEIM POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Police Department ("The Department") receives frequent
requests for services such as copying reports and photographs, locating reports when minimal
information is provided, and services related to fingerprints, impounded vehicle releases, Califomia
Vehicle Code violation sign-offs, and others; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has previously established a
fee schedule for such services as are provided by the Department; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that certain of said fines and fees should be
established, increased and/or decreased at this time in the manner hereinafter specified; and
WHEREAS, the fees hereinafter adopted do not exceed the estimated reasonable cost
of providing the service for which the fee is charged; and
WHEREAS, the following fees have been considered at a duly noticed public heating.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the fees for services described in this Resolution provided by the Department are
hereby established in accordance with the amounts set forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated by reference herein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of the fees established herein
is July 1, 2004.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all fees currently established for services
provided by the Department shall continue in full force and effect except as increased or decreased
in the Resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim this 15chDay of June ,2004, by the following roll call
vote:
