2004-139RESOLUTION NO. R- 2004-139 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING FALSE ALARM FEES TO BE CHARGED BY THE ANAHEIM POLICE DEPARTMENT WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has, pursuant to Section 4.95.080 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, previously established a fee to be imposed upon owners or lessees of any alarm system for false alarms; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said fee should be increased at this time in the manner hereinafter specified; and WHEREAS, the fee hereinafter adopted does not exceed the estimated reasonable cost of providing the service for which the fee is charged; and WHEREAS, the following fee has been considered at a duly noticed public hearing. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the fee for services described in this Resolution provided by the Department is hereby established in accordance with the amount set forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of the fee established herein is July 1, 2004. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all fees currently established for services provided by the Department shall continue in full force and effect except as increased in the Resolution.
