A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM DISSOLVING CERTAIN STORM
DRAIN ASSESSMENT AREAS WHICH HAVE FULLY
REIMBURSED THE CITY FOR STORM DRAIN
CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, certain Storm Drain Reimbursement Areas were created by Resolution of
the City Council of the City of Anaheim imposing development fees within said Areas to assure
that the City of Anaheim would be reimbursed for the costs of constructing storm drains serving
those areas: and
WHEREAS, the fees assessed for many Storm Drain Reimbursement Areas have repaid
the City for the costs of constructing the storm drains in those Areas, and those Storm Drain
Reimbursement Areas should therefore be dissolved: and
Whereas, continuing said Storm Drain Reimbursement Areas after the debt for which
they were created has been fully paid is a source of confusion to those desiring to build in the
affected areas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as
follows:
1. The Storm Drain Reimbursement Areas (SDRA) listed below have fully and
completely discharged all reimbursement obligations owing to the City of Anaheim and should
be, and the same hereby are, dissolved:
SDRA
a. Imperial Highway
b. Anaheim Hills Road No. 1
c. Anaheim Hills Road No. 2
d. Mohler Drive
e. Sunkist Street
f. Solomon Drive
g. Peralta Hills Drive Area A
h. Peralta Hills Drive Area B
i. Fairmont Boulevard - South
j. Fairmont Boulevard - North

City of Anaheim this 15th day of June , 2004, by thc following roll-call
