A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING ANGLE PARKING ON THE
SOUTH SIDE OF AUDRE DRIVE BETWEEN NINTH
STREET AND THE EAST SIDE OF MICHELLE DRIVE
AND FROM THE WEST SIDE OF JEFFREY DRIVE TO
THE WEST SIDE OF WALNUT STREET.
WHEREAS, Vehicle Code Section 22503 permits local
authorities, by ordinance, to permit angle parking on any
roadway; and
WHEREAS, Section 14.32.290 of Chapter 14.32 of Title 14 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code authorizes the City Council to
determine upon what streets angle parking shall be permitted; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to permit angle parking on the
south side of Audre Drive from the east side of Ninth Street to
25' east of the east side of Michelle Drive and from 25' west of
the west side of Jeffrey Drive to the west side of Walnut Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that angle parking shall be permitted on the
south side of Audre Drive (i) from the east side of Ninth Street
to 25' east of the east side of Michelle Drive and (ii) from 25'
west of the west side of Jeffrey Drive to the west side of Walnut
Street, pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 22503 and Section
14.32.290 of Chapter 14.32 of Title 14 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Engineer shall install
the appropriate signs and markings in connection with the angle
parking.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
