A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 98R-12, NUNC PRO TUNC, ADOPTING THE
MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL
EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, GENERAL UNIT, AND THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
WHEREAS, on January 27, 1998, the City Council of the City of Anaheim adopted
Resolution No. 98R-12 which approved a Memorandum of Understanding between the
Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General Unit, and the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and error, the "X' was omitted from the salary
schedule for the classification of Community Services Outreach Worker in Appendix "A"; of the
Memorandum of Understanding; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find it is in the best interest of
the City of Anaheim to amend Resolution No. 98R-12 nunc pro tunc, by correcting Appendix
"A" of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Anaheim Municipal Employees
Association, General Unit, and the City of Anaheim to reflect the true intent of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that
Resolution No. 98R-12, is hereby amended, nunc pro tunc, to reflect the following:
Appendix "A" Wages October 4, 1996 through January 8, 1998:
Classification Salary Schedule
Community Services Outreach Worker X 1476 J - E;
Appendix "A" Wages January 9, 1998 through December 9, 1999:
Classification Salary Schedule
Community Services Outreach Worker X 1521 J - E;
Appendix "A" Wages December 10, 1999 through September 28, 2000:
Classification Salary Schedule
Community Services Outreach Worker X 1567 J - E
