A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION 2004-89 NUNC PRO
TUNC
WHEREAS, on May 25, 2004, the City Council of the City of Anaheim adopted
Resolution No. 2004-89 which approved the Memorandum of Understanding between
the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General Unit in effect from January 2,
2004, through January 12, 2006; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error on the salary relationship for
the classifications of Building Inspector I and Skilled Crafts Worker Trainee were
incorrectly listed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim to correct said Resolution No. 2004-89, nunc pro tunc, to reflect the true intent
of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the attached Article 17 (Salary Relationships) is corrected nunc pro.tunc
to include the above referenced corrections and is hereby substituted in place and stead
of the original Article 17 to Resolution No. 2004-89; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that except to the extent amended herein
Resolution No. 2004-89 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim this 13th day of July, 2004.
