AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO
IN TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING
(RECLASSIFICATION NO.97-98-09).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, following a duly noticed public hearing held
on June 16, 1998, pursuant to the provisions of Section 18.03.085
of the Anaheim Municipal Code, the Planning Commission did adopt
its Resolution No. 98R-111 determining that a change or changes
in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should
be made, unconditionally.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

That the Zoning map referred to in Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by
rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows, to wit:
LOTS 3 AND 4 IN BLOCK A OF TRACT NO. 13,
AS SHOWN ON A MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 9,
PAGE 12 OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, RECORDS
OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM THE NORTH 216.00
FEET OF THE WEST 404.62 FEET, SAID
DISTANCE BEING MEASURED TO THE CENTER
LINE OF THE STREETS ADJOINING ON THE
NORTH AND ON THE WEST.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM THE NORTH 66.00
FEET OF SAID LOT 3, AS DESCRIBED IN DEED
TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA RECORDED
FEBRUARY 4, 1958 IN BOOK 4185, PAGE 76
OF OFFICIAL RECORDS OF SAID ORANGE
COUNTY,
into the "RM -3000" RESIDENTIAL MULTIPLE -FAMILY ZONE of the City
of Anaheim, unconditionally.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning
Department is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 1Rr7_day of August
1998.
