RESOLUTION NO. CRC 94-6
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE RECOVERY PLAN FOR THE ANAHEIM STADIUM
PROJECT AND RECOMMENDING CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Community Redevelopment Commission (hereinafter the
"Commission") has prepared a proposed Recovery Plan for the Anaheim Stadium Project (the
"Recovery Plan"); and
WHEREAS, the Commission has also prepared a Report to the City Council of the City
of Anaheim on the proposed Recovery Plan (the "Report") which contains the items and
information required by the California Community Redevelopment Financial Assistance and
Disaster Project Law Section 34000 et seq. of the Health and Safety Code; and
WHEREAS, the Commission approved the Report and authorized submittal of the Report
and the proposed Recovery Plan to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, on August 2, 1994, the City Council, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency,
and the Commission held a joint public hearing on the adoption of the proposed Recovery Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Community Redevelopment
Commission as follows:
The Commission hereby approves and adopts the Recovery Plan for the Anaheim
Stadium Project and recommends that the Recovery Plan be approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this q day of August, 1994.
