A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
ESTABLISHING RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS ASSIGNED
TO THE CONFIDENTIAL UNIT
WHEREAS, on May 25, 2004, the Human Resources Director recommended in a
staff report, that the rate of compensation for the job classification of Senior Secretary, assigned
to the Confidential Unit, be adjusted, effective December 31, 2004; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, the salary schedule was
stated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim
to correct said Resolution No. 2004-90, Nunc Pro Tunc, to reflect the true interest of the City Council.
NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the salary schedule below is corrected Nunc Pro Tunc and effective December
31, 2004, the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim
who are now employed or will in the future be employed in the classification listed below shall
be allocated to the following salary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master:
