A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
ESTABLISHING RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS ASSIGNED
TO THE INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS, LOCAL 47
WHEREAS, on June 15, 2004, the Human Resources Director recommended in a
staff report, that the job classification of Utilities Automated Systems Support Representative be
established in the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 47, effective June 18,
2004; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, the upgrade designation was
deleted and the salary relationship was incorrectly stated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim to
correct said Resolution No. 2004-117, Nunc Pro Tunc, to reflect the true interest of the City Council.
NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that the upgrade designation and salary relationship listed below are corrected Nunc Pro Tunc and
effective June 18, 2004 through January 13, 2005, the basic compensation plan for all officers and
employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or in the past have been employed in
the classification listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in the Salary
Schedule Master:
