A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING
ANGLE PARKING ON THE WEST SIDE OF PHILADELPHIA STREET BETWEEN
CENTER STREET AND THE DRIVEWAY LOCATION OF THE DOWNTOWN
COMMUNITY CENTER
WHEREAS, Vehicle Code Section 22503 permits local authorities, by
ordinance, to permit angie parking on any roadway; and
WHEREAS, Section 14.32.290 of Chapter 14.32 of Title 14 of the Anaheim
Municipal code authorizes the City Council to determine, by resolution upon what
streets angle parking shall be permitted; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to permit angle parking on the WEST SIDE of
Philadelphia Street between Center Street and the driveway location of the new
Downtown Community Center, approximately seven hundred twenty-five feet south of
Center Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that angle parking shall be permitted on Philadelphia Street between Center
Street and the ddveway location of the new Downtown Community Center,
approximately seven hundred twenty-five feet south of Center Street pursuant to
Vehicle Code Section 22503 and Section 14.32.290 of Chapter 14.32 of Title 14 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
