A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM VACATING A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN
EIGHT FOOT PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED AT
6098 EAST SILVERSPUR TRAIL (Abandonment No. 2004-00089)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did, by Resolution No. 2004-
100, duly adopted, declare its intention to vacate certain public streets, highways or public service
easements pursuant to the Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements Vacation Law; and
WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing to consider said vacation was posted and
published in the manner prescribed by law; and
WHEREAS, on the 13th day of July, 2004, a public hearing was held to allow
interested persons to submit evidence concerning said proposed vacation.
WHEREAS, the abandonment approved herein does not convey right, title and
interest to the abandoned property, which is conveyed by separate quitclaim deed pursuant
hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby order the vacation of portions that certain 8 foot wide public utility
easement lying within the boundaries of Lot 42, Tract 9752, in the City of Anaheim, generally
known as 6098 East Silverspur Trail.
See Exhibit "A", attached hereto, for the legal description of the foregoing.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the vacation authorized by this Resolution
shall not be effective until a certified copy of this Resolution is recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Orange County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby,
authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the Office of
the Recorder of the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 13th day of .h,1 y ,2004, by the following roll-call

That certain Easement situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, described as follows:
A portion of that certain 8' foot wide public utility easement described in Tract
No. 9752 as shown on the map of said Tract filed in Book 418, Pages 34 through
38, inclusive, of maps, Records of said Orange, lying within the boundaries of Lot
42 of said Tract No. 9752.
