A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DECLARING IT'S
INTENTION TO EXTEND THE CABLE
TELEVISION FRANCHISE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND
CENTURY COMMUNICATIONS CORP. AND
ORDERING A HEARING THEREON.
WHEREAS, Section 1401 of the Charter of the City of
Anaheim establishes procedures for processing franchises; and
WHEREAS, an application has been received for the
extension of the cable television franchise currently held by
Century Communications Corporation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The City Council does hereby declare its intention to
approve the extension of the Cable television franchise
currently held by Century Communications Corporation
Corp.
The City Council does hereby establish the following
date, time, and place where persons having an interest
therein or objection to the approval of the franchise
extension may appear and be heard:

may be heard

The City Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
Resolution, at least once, within fifteen days of the
adoption hereof, in the Anaheim Bulletin.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 22 day of September , 1998.
