98-206 RESOLUTION NO. 98R-206
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 98R-112, NUNC PRO
TUNC, RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did, on
June 16, 1998, adopt Resolution No. 98R-112; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, an
amendment to Condition No. 25, although correctly stated in the staff
report and approved by the City Council, was incorrectly stated in
the Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City desires, and the public interest and
general welfare requires, that said error be corrected nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 98R-112 be, and the same is
hereby amended, nunc pro tunc, by amending Condition No. 25 to read
as follows:
"That subject property shall be developed substantially in
accordance with plans and specifications submitted to the
City of Anaheim by the petitioner and which plans are on
file with the Planning Department marked Revision No. 3 of
Exhibit No. 1, Revision No. 1 of Exhibit No. 2, and Exhibit
Nos. 3 and 4, and as conditioned herein."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects, said
Resolution No. 98R-112 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 22 day of September
1998.
