A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE CERTAIN
PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND EASEMENTS.
(Abandonment No. ABA2003-00084)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its
intention to vacate the following public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the Public
Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways
Code); to wit,
1. That certain easement for ingress and egress to the former City
Pumping Plant as described in Resolution No. 2197, recorded September
2, 1953 as Document No. 58901 in Book 2568, Page 26, and also
described in a Corporation Grant Deed recorded on September 2, 1953,
as Document No. 58c}02, Book 2568, Page 30 of Official Records of
Orange County, California, under, over and across the lands described in
said Resolution and Deed, commonly known as 1075 Patt Street.
2. That certain reserved perpetual right of use of railroad spur described
in a Corporation Grant Deed recorded September 2, 1953 in Book 2568,
Page 30 of Official Records of the County of Orange, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in the proposed vacation will be heard
at a hearing to be held at 5:30 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the
Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard,
Anaheim, California 92805, on: Septe'mher 1/4; , 2004.
