A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND
EASEMENTS. (Abandonment No. ABA2003-0§2)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its
intention to vacate the following public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets
and Highways Code); to wit,
A portion of those certain pipeline easements situated in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California designated in
Book 10, Page 6 of Miscellaneous Maps; in Book 1297, Page 105
of Official Records and as Instrument No. 84-199716, recorded
May 14, 1984, lying within the boundaries of Parcel 1 and Parcel 2
on a map filed in Book 23, Page 2 of Parcel Maps, generally
located at 251 S. Peralta Hills Drive, Anaheim, California 92807
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in the proposed vacation will
be heard at a hearing to be held at 5:30 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be
heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic Center located at 200 South
Anaheim Boulevard. Anaheim, California 92805, on: September 1/4 ,2004.
