RESOLUTION NO. PC2000-104
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 4077
(CUP'Tracking No. 2000-04261)
WHEREAS, on November 23, 1998, the Anaheim City Planning Commission adopted
Resolution No. PC98-190 to grant Conditional Use Permit No. 4077 and permit a church in a 37,196
square foot building at 631 South Brookhurst Street with waivers of minimum parking lot landscaping,
minimum number of parking spaces, and minimum setback befinreen an institutional use and a residential
zone boundary; and
WHEREAS, this property is currently developed with a 37,196 square foot office building
in the CL (Commercial, Limited) zone; and that the Anaheim General Plan Land Use Element designates
the property for General Commercial land uses; and
WHEREAS, Lazar Gog, ~resident and authorized agent for Emanuel Pentecostal
Romanian Church of God, has submitted a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No.
4077 because the entitlement has not been exercised within the time limit prescribed in Resolution No.
PC98-190 and that a new use has been proposed for the building.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 4077 on the basis
of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
September 11, 2000.
