A NUNC PRO TUNC RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. PC2000-94 ADOPTED IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2000-04242
(CUP Tracking No. 2000-04281)
WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Planning Commission granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 2000-04242 by Resolution No. PC2000-94 on August 14, 2000 to establish conformity with existing
Zoning Code land use requirements to permit an existing nonconforming commercial retail center and
liquor store on property located at 404 to 452 North Lakeview Avenue, and to permit a massage facility;
and that said resolution includes the following Condition No. 20:
20. That the property owner shall submit a letter to the Zoning Division requesting
termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 3673 (to permit the on-premises sale
and consumption of beer and wine in conjunction with an existing full-service
restaurant at 416 North Lakeview Avenue) and Conditional Use Permit No. 1899
(to permit a veterinary hospital).
WHEREAS, said Condition No. 20 was inadvertently worded incorrectly and should be amended
to delete the reference to Conditional Use Permit No. 3673.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RE'SOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does
hereby amend Resolution No. PC2000-94, nunc pro tunc, to amend Condition No. 20 to read as follows:
20. That the property owner shall submit a letter to the Zoning Division requesting
termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 1899 (to permit a veterinary hospital).
