RESOLUTION NO. PC2001-172
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 4168
WHEREAS, on March 21, 2000, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 2000R-55 to
permit a 206,667 sq.ft. self-storage and outdoor recreational vehicle storage facility for up to 127
recreational vehicles at 1516 West Embassy Street; and
WHEREAS, on May 31, 2001, the Zoning Administrator adopted Decision No. ZA2001-
119 to grant Tentative Parcel Map No. 2001-132 (to establish a 2-lot industrial subdivision for the
construction of finro new industrial buildings at 1516 West Embassy Street); and that Condition No. 6 of
said decision specifies that the property owner shall request termination of Conditional Use Permit No.
4168; and
WHEREAS, this property is developed with finro newly constructed industrial buildings in
the ML (Limited Industrial) zone; and that the Anaheim General Plan Land Use Element designates the
property for General Industrial land uses; and
WHEREAS, Erik Tweedt, Treasurer, American National Properties (the property owner),
submitted a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 4168 to comply with the
conditions of approval of Tentative Parcel Map No. 2001-132; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 4168 on the basis
of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
December 17, 2001. /J
