Resolution-PC 2001-2~ ~ RESOLUTION NO. PC2001-2 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NOS. 1612, 2262 AND 2919 (CUP Tracking No. 2001-2) WHEREAS, on May 10, 1976, the Anaheim City Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. PC76-86 to grant Conditional Use Permit No. 1612, in part, and permit a church and planned unified industrial service center with waivers of maximum structural height, minimum structural setback, required improvement of setback areas and required site screening (approved in part) on property located on 6.3 acres on the south and west sides of West Sequoia Avenue (a proposed waiver of minimum number of parking spaces was withdrawn); and WHEREAS, on October 19, 1981, the Anaheim City Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. PC81-216 to grant Conditional Use Permit No. 2262 and permit on-sale alcoholic beverages in a proposed Moose Lodge on property located at 2232 West Sequoia Avenue; and WHEREAS, on July 6, 1987, the Anaheim City Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. PC87-136 to grant Conditional Use Permit No. 2919 and permit an automobile repair facility on property located 2240 West Sequoia Avenue; and WHEREAS, on A~gus~ ~8, 2000, the Plan~ing Gommission adopted Resolutio~ No. PC2000-101 to approve Conditional Use Permit No. 4244, in part, and permit expansion of an existing private school with waiver minimum number of parking spaces on property located at 2220-2240 West Sequoia Avenue (waivers of required number of trees, required parking lot landscaping and required landscaped setback along a local street were denied); and that Condition No. 27 of said Resolution No. PC2000-101 specifies that the property owner shall request termination of the three previously approved Conditional Use Permit Nos. 1612, 2262 and 2919; and WHEREAS, this property developed with a private high school (Fairmont School), an ROP (Regional Occupational Program) facility and an industrial/commercial complex; that the property is zoned CL (Commercial, Limited); that the property is located in the Brookhurst Commercial Corridors Redevelopment Project Area; and that the City of Anaheim General Plan Land Use Element designates this property for General Commercial land uses; and WHEREAS, David R. Jackson, property owner, has submitted a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit Nos. 1612, 2262 and 2919 to comply with the conditions of approval of Conditional Use Permit 4244. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit Nos. 1612, 2262 and 2919 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
