RESOLUTION NO. PC2001-98
A NUNC PRO TUNC RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. PC2001-80 GRANTED IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 3860
WHEREAS, on June 18, 2001, the Anaheim City Planning Commission adopted Resolution No.
PC2001-80 to grant Conditional Use Permit No.3860 to reinstate and approve an existing
telecommunication monopole antenna and accessory ground mounted equipment on property located at
5620 East La Palma Avenue for a period of ~ve years until June 18, 2006; and that Condition No. 2 of
said resolution specifies that a maximum of three panel-type antennas may be located on the monopole;
and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 2 contained in said resolution is inadvertently incorrect and should
specify a maximum of six (instead of three) panel-type antennas; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Condition No. 2 of Resolution No. PC2001-80,
adopted in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 3860, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"2. That a maximum of six (6) panel-type antennas may be located on the monopole,
and that the overall structure shall not exceed a maximum height of fifty five (55)
feet. The antennas shall be painted brown to match the pole, and the antenna
arms shall be a maximum of four (4) feet. No additional or replacement antennas
__ shall be permitted withouf the prior approval of the Planning CommissiQn. Said
information shall be specifically shown on plans submitted for building permits."
