RESOLUTION NO. PC2002-1

A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2685
(TRACKING NO. 2001-04483)
WHEREAS, on May 13, 1985, Conditional Use Permit No. 2685 was granted under
Resolution No. PC85-125 by the Anaheim Planning Commission to permit the expansion of the existing
restaurant with cocktail lounge with waiver of minimum number of parking spaces.
WHEREAS, on June 4, 2001, Conditional Use Permit No. 2001-04338 was granted under
Resolution No. PC2001-67 by the Anaheim Planning Commission to construct two (2) drive-through fast
food restaurants.
WHEREAS, Endie Widjaja, the property owner, has submitted a letter requesting
termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 2685 to comply with the conditions of approval of Conditional
Use Permit No. 2001-04338, since this entitlement is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 2685 on the basis
of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
January 44, 2002.
