Resolution-PC 2002-102~ RESOLUTION NO. PC2002-102 . A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NOS. 369 AND 1502, AND ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUSTMENT NO. 73 WHEREAS, on February 18, 1963, the Anaheim City Planning Commission, by its Resolution No. 643, granted Conditional Use Permit No. 369 to construct a service station and family-type restaurant at the northwest corner of La Palma Avenue and State College Boulevard (1007 North State College Boulevard); and that the restaurant no longer exists and the service station has been demolished; and WHEREAS, on November 25, 1974, the Anaheim Planning Commission, by its Resolution No. PC74-234, granted Conditional Use Permit No. 1502 to permit trailer and truck rentals in conjunction with an existing service station at 1001 North State College Boulevard with waivers of required block wall and permitted display area; and that the service station and truck rental facility no longer exist; and WHEREAS, on December 10, 1992, the Zoning Administrator, by her Decision No. ZA92- 59, granted Administrative Adjustment No. 0073 for waiver of minimum structural setback adjacent to an arterial highway to construct a freestanding canopy in connection with a service station at 1001 North State College Boulevard; and that the service station and freestanding canopy no longer exist; and WHEREAS, on March 11, 2002, the Anaheim Planning Commission, by its Resolution No. 2002-33, granted Conditional Use Permit No. 2001-04489 to construct a three-unit commercial retail center; and that Condition No. 5 of said resolution requires the property owner to submit a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit Nos. 369 and 1502, and Administrative Adjustment No. 73 (mistakenly identified as Administrative Adjustment No. 79 in the Staff Report to the Planning Commission) because these entitlements are no longer needed; and WHEREAS, Robert M. Ozell, Chief Operating Executive of Cal-Asia Property Development Company (property owner), has submitted a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit Nos. 369 and 1502, and Administrative Adjustment No. 73 in compliance with the above- mentioned Condition No. 5.
