A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
VARIANCE NO. 3110
WHEREAS, on October 23, 1979, the Anaheim City Council, by its Resolution No. 79R-629,
granted Variance No. 3110 for waiver of minimum distance between flashing signs and residential structures,
maximum height of flashing signs, maximum area of free-standing signs and maximum sign height within 750
feet of residential structures to construct a free-standing sign on property located at the northwest corner of
La Palma Avenue and Gilbert Street; and
WHEREAS, on December 3, 2001, the Planning Commission approved Conditional Use
Permit No. 2001-04366 to permit a teleconferencing center and private conference/training center with a
parking waiver; and that on May 6, 2002, Commission approved Variance No. 2002-04498 for waiver of
maximum number and permitted location of free-standing or monument-rype signs to construct a new
monument sign; and that both petitions include a condition requiring that a request be made for termination
of subject Variance No. 3110; and
WHEREAS, John Pestor, representing the property owner, Living Stream Ministry, has
submitted a letter requesting termination of Variance No. 3110 to comply with said conditions; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does
. hereby terminate all proceedings_in_con~ection with Variance No._311_0 an._the_basts..of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of July
15, 2002.
